Associate Pastor of Music and Adults (Full-time)
We're looking for a passionate and visionary leader to help us cultivate meaningful worship in every area of church life.
This role will guide our congregation in dynamic, diverse worship experiences that connect hearts to God. You'll provide spiritual leadership for our music and worship ministries, while also ministering to the needs of adults through opportunities for spiritual growth, authentic community, and purposeful service.
Our services feature both traditional and contemporary elements with handbells, guitar, drums, timpani, tubular bells/chimes, cajon, choir, praise band, piano, and organ.

Minister of Adults (Part-time)
Westwood Baptist Church in Cary, NC, is seeking a part-time Minister of Adults to nurture spiritual growth, connection, and service among adults in our congregation. This role provides pastoral care, coordinates fellowship and discipleship opportunities, and partners with committees to plan outreach and ministry initiatives that strengthen the life of the church.

Director of Music (Part-time)
Westwood Baptist Church in Cary, NC, is seeking a part-time Director of Music Ministry to lead our congregation in vibrant, Christ-centered worship. This role oversees the planning and leadership of worship services that are diverse, sacred, and meaningful, directing adult choirs and praise teams while coordinating with other musical groups. The ideal candidate will bring musical excellence, organizational strength, and a collaborative spirit to inspire participation across all ages.
